Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.redcitydesign.com, Red City Design Company and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Red City Design Company include www.redcitydesign.com and Red City Design are the same. The Red City Design website is a ecommerce site. By using the Red City Design website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Red City Design may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you purchase Red City Design’s products and services, we use a third party to collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our records; and
- Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

Comments
Red City Design reserves the right to block, delete, or ban your comments from their website for any reason it deems necessary.
Children Under Thirteen
Red City Design does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
E-mail Communications
From time to time, Red City Design may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Red City Design or click on a link therein.

Red City Design reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account. Your continued use of the website and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.

returns & refund policies
Effective as of November 08, 2023
Red City Design’s refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase you waive the right for a return or refund.
Deposits
To facilitate good intent by you, Red City Design requires a deposit of up to one half of the total estimate for custom jobs before the design process will begin. This is a standard agreement for most professional service oriented transactions. Upon payment you and Red City Design enter into a formal contact that assures you that Red City Design is obligated to:
- Deliver content that is of “professional quality” and fulfills the requirements outlined in the estimate and emails received.
- Finish the content in a reasonable time as specified in the estimate and other written communication.
- Deliver in writing the beginning of your 30 day grace period if required for the termination of the transaction and the loss of your deposit.
Upon deposit Red City Design reserves the right to:
- Expect payment in full upon completion of the estimate within 30 days of the completed project.
- Send your information to a collection agency if you have not paid in full the amount of the estimate in a reasonable time specified above.
- Return the deposit to you and terminate the agreement for any reason Red City Design deems necessary.
- Start the 30 day termination grace period if you:
- Have not replied in a reasonable amount of time deemed by Red City Design.
- Refuse to be reasonable with expectations, translations of, results or time established in the estimate or written communications agreed upon deemed by Red City Design.
- Are aggressive, insulting, rude or show malice of any kind towards Red City Design.
- Keep the deposit after the 30 day termination grace period has expired.
Ala-Carte Digital Assets
Red City Design reserves the right to determine a refund for Ala-Carte items purchased in their marketplace with a written e-mail up to 30 days after a transaction. In some special situations like fraud or an accidental purchase from a child, Red City Design can make an exception with written proof. i.e. bank statements, court order, or other official documents.
Merchandise
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A stocking fee may be applied, and you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Clearance items are non-returnable or refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Damaged items that were reported within one week of delivery.
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error and we can’t fix.
- Any item that is returned damaged or missing parts.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and how you would like your refund to be processed.
Late or missing refunds
Give your bank at least 5 business days. If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again and contact them directly, it may take some time before your deposit is officially posted on their website. Email us if you have not seen a refund in 10 business days with your bank statement.
